If you would like to make a gift through your credit card and would feel more comfortable, we can process your credit card at the Club. Click here to download the Credit Card Gift form. Then either drop it by the Club for staff to process or simply call us at 218.444.4171.

If you would prefer to send a check, mail it to the Club at PO Box 191, Bemidj, MN 56619.

Otherwise, cash gifts may be dropped by the Club at 1600 Minnesota Avenue NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 between 8:00 -5:00 Monday through Friday.
